Trial Policy

Payment must be made before your order is shipped. Returned mouthpieces will only be accepted if postmarked within 14 days of the invoice date. Please make sure not to scratch mouthpieces with ligatures or teeth. Protect mouthpieces during your trial period by using protective tape (masking tape) or mouthpiece patches over the places where scratches are most likely to occur (over the mouthpiece beak and where the ligature may scratch the mouthpiece).

Please Note: Vintage rubber scratches very easily.

If no purchase is made, returned merchandise is subject to a 5% handling/restocking fee.

Returned merchandise will be accepted if postmarked within 14 days of the invoice date.

All returned merchandise must be in original condition: no scratches, no ligature marks and no teeth marks. Upon completion of inspection, your refund will be processed immediately. If no purchase is made, returned merchandise is subject to a 5% handling fee.
